Focus the attention on the breath

While exhaling, keep the thought in the mind that with your breath the flow of energy is coming from below to your brain. The flow of energy starts from the bottom up.

To make the breath flow down in the body

The second step of the simple Kundalini awakening method of Kriya Yoga is to hold the breath in the body and make them move inside.

In its second phase of kundalini yoga postures, when the breath is released, then the breath should reach your third eye from the upper part of your brain.

In this phase of Kundalini, the flow of energy should be towards your Sahasrar, then your third eye and below it, energy should flow according to the position of the chakra.

Hold your breath in the chest and repeat the first action while inhaling again.

Awakening Energy

By awakening the energy, we mean to increase the flow of energy in the body in such a way that the energy suddenly increases during shaktipat.

To awaken the hidden energy inside the body, you need some Siddha which increases the energy by shaktipat and awakens the energy inside.

We can do this with ease by chanting mantras, by shaktipat, and by concentrating the energy. The awakening of energy plays a very important role in the Kundalini Jagran experience.

Hold Cobra for up to 30 seconds, breathing deeply. Exhale and return to the starting position.
