Under conscious level of mind means in how many ways our consciousness works. Today we are going to talk about conscious or subconscious mind rather conscious level of mind. The conscious level of the mind is the journey from our consciousness to full consciousness which is possible through the continuous practice of meditation.
In this stage we will talk only on the conscious level and not on the level of subconscious mind because in this we are going to share it on the basis of methodology and experience.
Conscious mind i.e. conscious mind and subconscious mind i.e. sub conscious mind till now we only knew about these 2 but gradually science and spiritual did new experiments in it and came to know about many other mind including super conscious mind but Apart from this, today we are going to talk about what level of mind and its consciousness has been discovered by science.
So far we all have come to know about the three states of conscious mind, they are the following: Consciousness, sleeping, dreaming i.e.
- walking conscious
- deep sleeping
- dreaming
Apart from this, the stages we are going to talk about can be activated by continuous practice of meditation. Advanced level of conscious and subconscious mind has been expressed by a Maharishi who has researched on these for 40 years, let us know about those advanced level.
Conscious level of mind a normal person after completing 7 stages of conscious level of mind reaches that state which is known as Moksha and Samadhi.
So far we have only gone to conscious mind, subconscious mind and super conscious mind i.e. higher self. But for spiritual awakening, let’s talk about how we understand the conscious level of mind and know ourselves.
7 conscious level of mind
These levels come in this, which are divided into 7 parts on the basis of our methodology. This journey from ordinary to unusual and amazing ability is only between them.
- walking conscious
- deep sleeping
- Dreaming
- Transcendental conscious
- cosmic conscious – higherself consciousness
- god conscious
- Unity conscious
All these are the levels of our consciousness which make us special from the common. A human being crosses these stages and completes the journey of life.
Walking conscious
The normal level of consciousness in which we carry out all the activities of the day is part of the walking conscious. It involves how we engage with and understand a task.
Considering any activity as right or wrong, sending it to the sub conscious mind means saving it happens in this level.
Deep sleeping
The concept of the mind being tired and resting says that the mind needs to rest for some time to keep it daily updated. We never stop thinking while awake, due to which it is necessary to take some time to sleep.

At the time of sleeping, we do not stop thinking, just the thoughts of the whole day which our subconscious catches, get focused on them, due to which the consciousness becomes dormant. This is what we call gold.
Dreaming
The thoughts with which we get emotional attachment are often seen in our sleep in the form of dreams, the reason behind this is the feelings and desires of a human being, the work which he is not able to do during the day, he does it at night after sleeping.
We can also call it human satisfaction because it is human nature to fulfill the feelings, even if it is in a dream. Dreaming is the third phase of our consciousness, in which we divert our mind from the day’s work and take it to those feelings which we are not able to do during the day.
TRANSCENDENTAL CONSCIOUSNESS
This state is called complete silence i.e. such a state of Samadhi in which both our mind and mind have become completely calm but the consciousness is fully activated.
In this state, we can understand ourselves better, find solutions to difficult problems, and also make ourselves important among more and more people.

Cosmic conscious
This is what spiritual awakening means in true sense. When we reach this state, we can see the true form of everything around us. What is the world we all live in really like and how can we overcome it.
In this level, we can go into our inner mind even while talking to someone. This is considered to be the rarest experience of meditation when we can go to another place even while living in one place.
It is scientifically impossible in normal life but it is possible at high level stage of meditation. You can access different conscious level of mind in meditation.
Most of the people consider consciousness up to the human level only, but it is not related to any human level, it is related to the whole universe. Today, quantum theory has accepted that the things which have originated today, have come from a vacuum and its end too. That’s it but do you know where this zero is located.
All things are born from zero and will be found in zero only when we come to this level we come to know.
God conscious
It is possible to connect with our soul in this state, this state is similar to the cosmic level of conscious but in this state we connect with our own soul and feel spiritual.
The most important thing in this state is that in this our point of view changes and we start looking for happiness in everything.
At the same time, we start drowning deeply in our difference. In true sense any person experiences spiritual awakening at this level only.
We also call this higher self-conscious because at this level our experiences are related to the inner self.
This concept is derived from German idealism which was influenced by the ideas of Bhagavad Gita. In higher self-conscious, we get inspiration from inside to take decisions to improve ourselves and the person whose higher self is activated can never take wrong decisions because our inner self always shows us the right path.

Unity conscious 7th conscious level of mind
When a person starts understanding and seeing everyone as himself, then he is on the seventh stage of consciousness. We have always been hearing that we are all and we are all, that is, we all have the same kind of soul that God has created.
Everyone is equal in this creation of God and everyone has every right to live. Advanced level of conscious is considered to be above all levels because it brings perfection in spiritual awakening.
In this state of conscious level of mind, a person gives up all kinds of attachments because for him all these are objects of enjoyment. Not only this, the feelings of his mind also end, neither love nor hatred for anyone, he finds happiness only within himself.
