Guru Murti Tratak meditation Sadhna
Any image or medium means to restrain one’s ideal and worship. The simple meaning of restraint is to create the quality of any medium in oneself.
Here in practice we can take Guru Murti or Dev Murti in the medium but do not forget to do worship and Prana Pratishthan before practice.
All you have to do is sit in front of the idol in the simple sitting position and do tratak gazing meditation. This exercise is in 3 stages like;
Tratak with open eyes
Sit in front of the idol and after worshiping take all the attention to your eyes.
You must have already learned to focus yourself on any part of the body by the Nyasa meditation method. After this, you have to do tratak meditation on the eyes of the idol for some time.
psyche meditation with closed eyes
In this step, you have to close your eyes and perform tratak on the same idol with closed eyes.
You can also call it mindfulness meditation. Its purpose is to travel only inside you. Second, your concentration starts increasing, then you become able to remain stable for a long time.
Journey of the inner world
When you do tratak with closed eyes then you learn to control yourself and when this happens then you start the journey of the inner world with closed eyes. During the inner journey, the process of purification of your mind begins.
Performing tratak on the deity and Manas Puja further helps in dividing this body made up of five elements.
But there is only a book mention of this and it is also believed that by Tratak, it can be divided into five elements. No proof of this has been found yet.
