Although shifting realities methods is a highly subjective topic, I believe the Pillow method is the simplest to use because there are only three steps, and you can always mix it up with other shifting methods if you find it tough to shift!
The Pillow method requires you to compose a shifting script as well as some shifting affirmations on a piece of paper.
You can compose your script and affirmations on your phone or computer, but I strongly advise you to print them off.
